BookTimeLive is intended for children only with parental or guardian supervision.

  • A parent, guardian, or adult approved to read to a child

Children may only use the platform under adult supervision.


2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login secure
  • Supervise children during use
  • Use BookTimeLive only for personal, family, or approved use


You may not:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or alter the software
  • Use BookTimeLive for harassment or inappropriate content
  • Record video or audio sessions without consent



3. Content and Ownership

All stories, images, software, characters, and materials on BookTimeLive are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Modify
  • Create competing products

Unless we give written permission.


4. User-Generated Content

Adults may upload:

  • Stories
  • Images
  • Reading notes

You must own the rights or have permission for anything you upload.

We may remove content that:

  • Violates copyright
  • Is unsafe for children
  • Breaks these Terms



5. Subscription & Payment

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Charges are processed securely by our payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
  • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period

No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.


6. Safety & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share inappropriate or harmful content
  • Engage in bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior
  • Attempt to contact children outside the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


7. Video Sessions

BookTimeLive provides real-time video reading.

Users may not:

  • Record sessions without consent
  • Share recordings of sessions
  • Use video features for anything other than reading
  • Allow children to participate unsupervised

We do not store or record video or audio.


8. Disclaimer

We provide BookTimeLive “as is.”
We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • BookTimeLive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state or country.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify users.
